Ceviche Sauvignon Blanc - 2004

Ceviche is named after the refreshing seafood dish from South America, and captures its exuberant freshness in wine form. While some Napa Valley Sauvignon Blancs seem like beefed up, Chardonnay wanna-bes, the Ceviche stays lean and focused. The nose has the lime and citrus aromas of its namesake, complemented by other tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple.
