Walter and Marijke Byck moved from Holland to Santa Rosa, California
in 1965, and knew that they had found Paradise. When they further
realized that their ranch in Sonoma was paradise for winegrapes as well,
the Paradise Ridge Winery was born. Their Cabernet Sauvignon from the
Rockpile Vineyard blends aromas of blackcurrants and blueberry with
spicy touches of cedar, clove and white pepper. It's full bodied, with
soft tannins that don't interfere with a smooth finish.
